Because we do not sell physical products, all policies below apply exclusively to digital, downloadable, or online-access items.
1. Refund Eligibility

- Your request is made within 30 days of purchase, and
- You purchased a digital product, script, course, AI tool access, automation, or software-based service from CodeJana.
We want you to be happy with what you buy—no complicated requirements, no return shipping, no physical checks.
You do NOT need to “return” anything. Access to the product will simply be revoked after a refund is processed.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be refunded:
- Gift cards or gift purchases
- Customized or personalized AI automations/services delivered as bespoke work
- Completed one-on-one consulting sessions
- Subscription periods that have already fully elapsed
All standard digital products and tools are eligible unless specifically listed above.
3. How Refunds Are Processed
Once we receive your refund request:
- We verify the purchase and eligibility.
- If approved, a refund is issued to your original method of payment (Stripe, Gumroad, card, etc.).
- Processing time depends on your bank/card provider and may take a few business days.
